Investor materials

Use this page when NextUp appears in fundraising decks, diligence memos, or portfolio updates. Stay factual. Soft Wash is the product look and feel, not a separate company or financing vehicle.

Never treat private app paths (/admin, /workspaces, tenant consoles) as public marketing or diligence URLs.

Soft Wash positioning

  • Soft Wash describes calm mint washes, mineral ink, and quiet type on NextUp surfaces.
  • In investor copy, lead with NextUp (the product). Mention Soft Wash only when visual brand or UX differentiation is the point.
  • Prefer short, concrete floor language (kiosk, ticket, counter) over hype adjectives.

What not to claim

Do not state or imply:

  • Guaranteed growth, revenue, or customer counts NextUp has not published to you.
  • That an embed, fork, or white-label is the official NextUp cloud.
  • Certification, exclusivity, or regulatory status NextUp has not granted in writing.
  • That Soft Wash is a separate legal entity or fundraise target.

If a figure is estimates or internal, label it clearly. Prefer linking to official pages over restating stale metrics.

Diligence checklist

  1. Product name and URLs match this page.
  2. Screenshots follow Brand guidelines (no fake badges over Soft Wash UI).
  3. Claims about Cloud vs On-premise match current product copy on Pricing and legal pages.
  4. Contact your NextUp counterpart for current contract or data-room packs. Docs here are product guidance, not legal advice.
