Sponsors and partners

Sponsors and partners

This page is for organizations that sponsor, co-market, or list NextUp beside their own brand. Keep credit clear and quiet. Soft Wash should feel like a calm lobby, not a loud endorsement banner.

For logo colors and wordmark rules, see Brand guidelines. For official URLs and short attribution lines, see How to reference NextUp.

Credit NextUp clearly

DoPrefer
NameNextUp (or NextUp QMS once if queue context is unclear)
Design languageSoft Wash (visual system only, not a second product)
Link targetOfficial {ORIGIN}/ or {ORIGIN}/docs from your deployment
Visual markText wordmark or public favicon / OG assets from Visual assets

Replace {ORIGIN} with the canonical host. Do not point guests at a third-party mirror as if it were the official site.

Partnership mention rules

  • Lead with NextUp for product credit. Menzies is optional corporate context only.
  • Say what the relationship is in plain words: sponsor, technology partner, or listed integration. Do not invent exclusive or certified seals NextUp has not granted.
  • Keep partner chrome quieter than Soft Wash surfaces you embed or screenshot.
  • Prefer one calm credit line over a cluster of badges and promo stickers.

Suggested short credit:

Powered by NextUp. Soft Wash queue experience.

Or:

Partner: NextUp QMS ({ORIGIN})

Do not deep-link marketing guests into private console paths (/admin, /b/{id}, /workspaces). Floor URLs with pairing codes are operational, not partner collateral.

Soft Wash attribution

When you reuse Soft Wash visuals:

  • Keep mint wash + ink text; avoid purple-indigo glow themes next to NextUp marks.
  • Do not stretch, outline, or recolor the wordmark.
  • Credit NextUp when you reuse public OG or favicon artwork.
