Is pricing per ticket or per agent? +
Published tiers are per business with floor and seat caps. Cloud and On-premise share Starter, Business, Scale, and Platform. On-premise monthly list is Cloud + $150. Neither mode uses a per-ticket meter that spikes on busy days.
Why annual save 20%? +
Annual discounts of about 15 to 20% are common in queue SaaS (for example Waitwhile publishes about 20% off annual). NextUp applies 20% off the monthly list when you pay yearly, for both Cloud and On-premise (after the +$150 On-premise premium).
Do SMS and WhatsApp cost extra? +
Starter focuses on in-venue flow. Business and above include messaging packs. High-volume or regulated regions may need add-on credits. On-premise messaging often uses your own providers; ask when you scope the install.
Global vs Myanmar prices? +
Use the market toggle above the plans. Global shows USD only. Myanmar shows MMK at 1 USD = 5000 MMK (with USD as a secondary line). Billing period (Monthly or Annual) and service mode (Cloud or On-premise) are separate from market.
Cloud or On-premise? +
Cloud is hosted Soft Wash QMS: multi-tenant SaaS, managed updates, and faster start. On-premise uses the same tiers, installed and set up on your infrastructure, database, and network when you need control or residency. Infra is yours; monthly list is Cloud + $150 for that responsibility.
