Home is the dashboard for owners and managers:

• Today, week, and period numbers
• Charts for volume, status, source, queue, service, wait and serve times, peak hours
• A live tickets card
• Period controls and CSV export when available

Counter staff see a simpler desk Home instead of full charts.

Account

Open Account to:

• Update name and profile image
• View email (read-only)
• Change password
• Review sessions and sign out
• See memberships across businesses

Tip: export CSV from Home at the end of the week if you share numbers with leadership outside NextUp.
