Sign in and roles

Sign in with email and password from the login page. After login you land on Workspaces (or straight into a business if you only have one).

Who can do what

Role	What they see
Owner	Full business workspace: setup, team, config, analytics
Manager	Same floor and team tools as the owner for day-to-day running
Counter staff	Home and Agent only. Setup pages stay closed
Guest	Guest take-a-number and appointments when invited
Platform admin	Platform tools plus any business (NextUp operators)

Counter stations

When you create an Agent device under Devices, NextUp also creates a station sign-in (email and password). That account is meant for the counter PC. After login, the sidebar only shows Home and Agent.

Your account

Use Account (from the shell menu) to update your name or photo, change password, review sessions, sign out, and see which businesses you belong to.
