Open Config in the sidebar (managers and owners).

Messaging

Turn on the channels your business plans to use:

• SMS
• Telegram
• Viber
• Discord
• Email

You can also allow guest self-signup when that option is shown. Click save after you change toggles.

These preferences record what you intend to use. Actual SMS and email delivery depend on how NextUp is hosted for your organization. Chat apps may be prepared in Config before delivery is fully wired for your plan.

Voice

1. Add languages in speaking order.
2. Set announce frequency (1 to 10).
3. Edit the now-serving template.
4. Save voice.

TV displays pick up the latest voice profile when they refresh or stay connected.

Tip: keep SMS on if guests leave a phone number and you want call alerts. Keep voice languages short so announcements stay clear.
